Dr. Caitlin Robinson
North Louisiana's premier fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon
Dr. Caitlin Robinson began practicing as a double board-certified dermatologist and micrographic dermatologic surgeon after receiving the highest caliber medical training and education. She is a native of Monroe and a graduate of Neville High School. After receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, she attended medical school at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. From there, she spent a year as an intern at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle before completing a rigorous 3-year dermatology residency at UT Houston-MD Anderson Cancer Center. Once graduated from residency, she moved to San Francisco where she completed the prestigious ACGME-accredited ACMS fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery at UCSF, where she was extensively trained by four highly esteemed Mohs surgeons in Mohs surgery, dermatologic surgery, reconstructive techniques, and cosmetics including injectables and lasers. She then practiced Mohs surgery and dermatology in Colorado Springs for more than 3 years prior to moving back to her hometown of Monroe. In 2023, she opened Louisiana Mohs & Skin Surgery Center to offer the residents of north Louisiana and surrounding states her expertise and skill in Mohs and skin surgery. Her goal isn’t just to treat existing skin cancers, but also to maintain her patients' health through preventative measures.
Dr. Robinson is experienced with dermatologic surgeries of all difficulty levels and is both experienced and talented in reconstructive techniques. She aims to provide the most curative and aesthetic result possible.
In her free time, Dr. Robinson enjoys traveling, reading, painting, exercising, and spending time with her family.
